XPO is Hiring Existing CDL-A Teams!
As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in brand new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 5 days on the road, followed by 2 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.

CDL-A Team Driver Jobs
- Must be part of existing team
- Dedicated XPO routes with loads running between XPO facilities
- 100% no-touch and in-house freight
- Team drivers earn $90,000 per year average
- Mileage pay: $0.91 per mile, split between each driver and $33.07/hr for delays
- Paid training

Team Driver Requirements
- 21 years of age or older with valid Class A CDL
- At least 6 months CDL-A driving experience
- Hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements
- Safe driving record and history
- Valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
